My cart was purchased from a out of town dealer, now we live in San Marcos. We had some minor issues with our cart and Matthew at New Braunfels Golf Carts was great to work with to get our cart fixed. Great communication, very nice, helpful, and fixed it and returned it in under a week! My next cart will be purchased from them. Highly recommend.
We bought our very first golf cart with NBGC and the total experience was fantastic!! Ethan and his wife were excellent with customer service and integrity!! The facilities are great as well!! Will 110% recommend NBGC for your golf cart purchase or even rental.
Love these folks. Ethan and Kaylee were totally cool and helpful. I took my granddaughter to help pick it out and she had a blast sitting on them, test driving, and got in a few rounds of cornhole while she waited. Go see Ethan and Kaylee if you are thinking about a cart.
