I purchased a Mercedes Benz GLS 2018 from Noel motors company just last month January 2024.Customer service is very poor. Also make sure you see the car physically before buying because all that was listed on line about the Mercedes Benz I bought was not true. I received my car and in less than 9days, I have to replace my front tires ,Noel motor sales representative promised me that the tires are brand new . The second sit of the Mercedes Benz is bad and can’t function normally. The trunk can’t open normal The windscreen of the Mercedes Benz was Cracked .pls learn from my experience and don’t believe anything the sales person said on phone. I am not satisfied with Noel motors company 😡 Refusing to buy warranty from your company was the best decision ever.and also I decided not to return the Mercedes Benz because You promised to help me Fix the problem..I called your company line but all I got was no return calls,I also called the sales person that sold the car to me, he kept on promising to call back but never did. I Called Noel Motors today 12th of February because my car can’t Open,.The battery is down and the owner was shouting at me on the phone saying I bought an old Mercedes Benz 2018, That is not a brand new car. To replace a key battery is not expensive just like the owner said to me on our phone conversation Yelling and shouting at me but why did you not replace it before selling the car to your customer. So customers satisfaction is never your company’s priority. Pls learn from my experience everyone Anurika Aroh.
