Excellent work ethic and approach to business! I have a golf cart and was getting nowhere trying to find some specifics about parts through other avenues including the place I purchased it. I called the parts department and spoke with Dylan. he went way above and beyond to get me the information I was looking for. I could've saved 20+ emails and hours of searching around had I just called him first. He had my question answered in 10 minutes. Here's the kicker - I've never purchased anything from their store in my life, but I was treated like I was their biggest customer. Next time I need a tractor, golf cart, or anything they sell, I'm calling Pacific Golf & Turf!

I called several other dealers about an upgrade I wanted to make on my 2016 RXV, coming from a Club Car I was told one thing from the person I purchased from. I called, was transferred to Todd who wasn’t available at the time. I left a message and he called back within an hour. Todd not only explained what needed to be done, cost and overall gains I’d received. I called the dealer when I was ready to bring over as I’m 3.5hrs away, however kindly asked if there was a possibility to bring it the week after due to the opening of carts (COVID) etc. I called Todd the next Monday (sounds like Todd is the man) and wasn’t available, but yet again called me back, set up an appointment and handled the item I was after in mins. These guys rock! Great service, great follow-up, great and helpful people - would refer anyone I know to them. Bravo for amazing service!
