Excellent fleet of carts! Lots of great upgrades and options on some of them. Ours was perfect for our group. Communication was open and consistent through the rental.
I found them online and called to see current inventory. Someone answered, rudely asked my name and then went silent. I said hello several times and he just sat there breathing. It was so strange. I tired to call back and they sent me to voicemail. If they treat potential customers like this, I want nothing to do with them. What a horrible business model!
Wow!! So impressed on the quality and tech in golf carts nowadays! Pirate Island has the latest and greatest carts complete with Bluetooth, touchscreens, cool colors and amazing storage options. Great prices too! Upon delivery the staff gave us a full tutorial so we were completely comfortable with the cart. Can’t recommend them enough!
