Edward said he could get me a refurbished 6 seat lithium battery operated golf cart within his quoted price in 10 weeks. Almost to the day it was delivered and had everything on it I had requested for exactly the price quoted. It has exceeded my expectations. I had some questions while it was being built and Edward responded quickly to each of them. I highly recommend anyone wanting a golf cart to please buy one from Pro Carts. Great job guys and thank you so much. 15 months after I purchased a cart from Edward, I called him for some minor service. Within a week, he had one of his techs (Cody), who is awesome, fix the problem at no charge. Not only does Pro Carts sell carts at a great price, but they service them also if you have any issues. I highly recommend them to all looking to purchase a golf cart.
We just received delivery of our 6 seater cart from Pro Carts and the completed paperwork to get the filing in order to obtain a tag. We are located near downtown St Aug and want to be able to drive it downtown. We are so happy with Edward and his team. The cart is beautiful, sturdy and as Edward discussed happened. Minus the issue with OUR trailer, Edward rescued the cart and delivered on his trailer. This will not be our last with his company.
So let me tell you our story. We decided to get a golf cart and I did a lot of searching the internet for that perfect one. Didn't want anything fancy but not a plain Jane either. We found ourselves in Kingsland off exit 3 and saw the Icons parked in front of Auto Pros and decided to have a look. Met by Cody from Pro Carts, I probably asked him so many questions, he thought he was in school again; but he confidently answered everyone. Wasn't pushy, very polite, and very knowledgeable. I saw this lone cart that just called out to me and pricing wasn't bad. So we pulled the trigger, Cody led me inside where I met Edward, the manager. We started the buying process. Easy and smooth would be a understatement. It may have taken all of 2 hrs, and most of that was waiting on the financing. Delivery in two days. The overall experience was awesome. If you are debating on buying, go see Edward at Pro Carts, you wont be disappointed. And not to be bias, but I think I have the best looking cart in the neighborhood. Grandbaby named her Caroline.
