When there was an issue, James drove out to my place to handle it. Johnathan made sure I was well informed on my parts and his customer service is stellar. I highly recommend River Valley for all your new cart needs and your upgrades for your old carts.
My family and I were looking to upgrade our golf cart after having one for many years. After seeing their ads on my Facebook feed, asking friends about their experiences with RVGC, and reaching out to them personally, I could NOT have asked for a better experience. They answered all my questions promptly and let me test drive whatever I wanted to, to help me find the perfect cart! I highly recommend them if you are in the market. Top notch!
River Valley is the absolute best! Since my first call to them last fall, we have purchased 2 carts with a 6 seater in the wings and 3 cart rentals for the college I work for.
