From purchasing new sleds from Jeff & Cassie, having them service a whole range of things, and getting the gear needed. They're a one stop shop that is competitive, customer service oriented, friendly and have or can get just about anything needed!
I’ve never felt the need to write a bad review for anything until interacting with Jeff in the service department of sportland. Was trying to get a service done on my Yamaha dirt bike. I’ve never had somebody so unwilling to help. I wasn’t asking much and was turned away with absolutely nothing, no help at all. No recommendations, suggestions, nothing. Completely useless. Good gear selection though, Cassie is great. Unless you need the basics gloves or helmet etc go somewhere else.
