Stopped in to talk to Doug about problems I was having with my cart and got a new forward reverse switch. After talking about what it was doing he said it was probably the batteries and gave me a way to test them even though they were showing 36 volts. He said I could bring back the switch if it was the batteries. Thanks for all the advice Doug!... it was the batteries...
Doug is a real pleasure to work with, supper friendly and goes out of his way to really really screw you over! 5k less than 12 months ago. Says batteries they sold me were not maintained properly. Then said it was between me and Trojan. How about your the one who sold them to me way OVERPRICED. Then tried to do it again. I just got new battles on FB marketplace for $835.00. Look there first this guy is a ripoff artist!! Oh yea remember all that rain we had a few days ago, guess when Mr pleasant Doug had it dropped off, yup right in the middle of the storm. Left it outside and left. I was out of town so thanks again Doug for the first class service. Find another place to deal with, do yourself a favor. This guy is waiting to explode on someone.
Went there this morning with a tire with a slow leak. Tire was fixed quickly and also ended up buying a ball washer for my Drive 2 cart. Ball washer fits perfectly without having to drill more holes. Excellent customer experience.
