Made a last minute reservation for an LSV rental and they were quick, kind, accommodating and answered all of my questions. I didn’t realize how short the power cord was so ended up borrowing an extension cord from a neighbor at 10pm so definitely reccomend adding that to your rental order!
Great overall experience! Communication was perfect, LSV was dropped off and picked up exactly as described/expected and they even checked in with me during Tropical Storm Debby.
Typically I don't go out of my way to write reviews. After all, you pay for "something" or you pay for a service you expect the basics. However, during the holiday weekend we had a mechanical issue with our Golf Cart. I texted Matt and team our issue and wrote an email. Being the labor day holiday I expected nothing until Tuesday. HOWEVER, not only did Matt and team get right back to me over the weekend, they picked up our cart this morning and had it right back to us before 12:30pm today all repaired and good to go. Thank you Coastal Cruising! Really appreciate the high quality service. We tested a number of carts and didn't really have a budget. But if you are looking for a golf card and want great service, these are the folks to talk to. We've enjoyed our 6 seater and I'm sure we will get more enjoyment out of it. Cheers!
