Hawg Scooters

This place sells poorly made products. We've had a scooter for less than 2 months, first month we went in because the brake lights and turn signals stopped working & to get an oil change and after we left the scooter completely stopped working . Took 4 days for them to pick it up and we had to go out of our way to go pick it up after they made "repairs". Now over a week ago the throttle just fell off in the middle of riding and we called about it, they said they would pick it up again, we called again and they said they were busy, a week later and they have not attempted to contact us or pickup the scooter. Had I known the products they were selling was so cheaply made and that the company itself was so poorly ran I would have definitely taken my business elsewhere.

Stopped in on Thursday afternoon to get some information on the Denago Rover carts. Justin stopped what he was doing spent time to answer all of my questions. We Started the process of purchasing and Justin personally delivered the cart to me in Little Mountain on Friday afternoon. I did Have a small issue with the cart and Justin sent his guys out the next day to resolve the concern. Great customer service. Very responsive to your requests and they truly care about the customer experience. I am very impressed and pleased!!!

Wonderful staff... Awesome owner.. Justin will help any way he can. My bike broke down and he gave me a great loaner till my new one comes in Great Mechanic's... Very helpful desk employee's.. so if you need a great bike at sn awesome price .. don't hesitate to go see Justin at hawg scooter.. To add more once again justin and crew gets not a 5 star review.. but a 10 and scored a 10 out of 10..when my bike broke down .. for months it was a lot of frustration snd aggravation with the part and bike .. thought id never get her back.. well Justin finished her up yesterday.. so a big shout out to Justin (owner).. james (head mechanic ) and Marlena (i think i spelt that right/, manger).. thank yall.. black nitro loaner red force my bike.. if anyone wants a good fast bike go to hawg and pick that black nitro up..
