Icon Golf Cars of Wilmington

This was by far absolutely the best golf cart rental place we’ve ever been to. We rented the golf cart with no hassle and then while we were using the cart, we took the ferry to a nearby island on the golf cart but when we came back… the ferry was not able to take us back due to a problem with the loading ramp, we had to find a ride all the way back to the island which was about an hour and a half away. Plus we had to leave that night to go home from our vacation. We notified them of our situation and they were very understanding and told us that they would have no problem coming to get the cart as soon as the ferry opened back up, which was the following Monday three days later not only did they not charge us for the extra days, but they didn’t even charge me for the tow. I wouldn’t expect this kind of treatment from anyone and I hope you guys wouldn’t either but they did an absolute amazing job with all of the extra stresses that we had to deal with. They made that process go super smooth without costing me any extra money. I really can’t say enough good things about this company. I hope they go far and continue to do this type of business for everyone that comes to them. Their price was also better and then everyone else around there and the golf cart was almost brand new and we had no issues with it. Thank you so much for the assistance during our stressful day.
