IN AND OUT BEACH SHOP & RENTAL

Terrible experience overall. Not very professional at all. They run ezgo l6 efi carts from 2016. We rented two 6 person carts. One of them wouldn't exceed 10.2 mph which is pathetic for a gas golf cart. They swapped it out and it worked fine. The 2nd cart worked fine until the shift linkage broke and it stranded us. The brakes were terrible on it also. We contacted the company and tried to charge us $500 to get it back to the rental company. Thankfully I was able to manually actuate the throttle body with my thumb on the engine while my girlfriend drove it back to the rental place. They didnt refund us the hour we had left. The exhaust was leaking out of the motor where the pipe was rusted and the hour meter that tracks usage was disconnected. I dont recommend this company at all unless you are trying to be super cheap. **Their reply was generated to deny how 100% truthful I am being** ***Avoid this terrible rental service***

The family was looking for something other than golf carts and In and Out had bikes. It was a great way to get around the island pretty quickly and we were able to ride along the beach which was fun. They were running a special 2hr rental special which was perfect. Joe was friendly and helpful getting us the rental bikes picked out and rolling. Remember they are rental bikes so you aren’t getting a Specialized or Trek. You ride these in a salt water environment so a little rust is inevitable. We had a great time and would recommend them based on our experience.

If you’re going to rent golf carts/bikes/sling shots ect this is the place! The owner was Incredibly cool and fair, Gave us an amazing deal on both a slingshot and a golf cart rental. Also a really cute shop for souvenirs, T-shirts, etc. Highly recommend this place to any tourist coming to SPI. We will definitely use him again when we come back.
