They have some of the most interesting selection of golf cart, the sales rep, guy behind the desk, found extremely rude. I walked in there yesterday and was interested in purchasing a golf cart. He didn’t even get up off of his desk, which was fine, but first thing he asked me where do I live? So I told him, that he went on an extremely rude and not intrested to help. I never had lost my temper with any sales person, but definitely will never go back or try to do business with this company, my reviews have reached over 3,000,000 and we travel many different location, but when you run in to people like this, really turns you off for ever wanting to come back to Palm Springs.
Walking into Jr Thomas golf cars I immediately saw all of the pictures and quickly learned that his father was the George Washington of golf carts in the valley! They made me feel welcome and I walked out with a beautiful "Thomas custom" cart. That was affordable and made my neighbors jealous..... I have called them back for the yearly service and they have been honest and efficient in servicing evertime. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Jr. And the rest of the staff!
