I had a golf cart quit working several days before Halloween when I wanted to use it to take my kids trick-or-treating. I called Kool Karts. They said they would come pick it up and have it ready for me in time. There were issues related to the cart that didn't allow them to pick it up, though they came out and tried at least 3 times. Halloween rolled around, and I was starting to assume it wasn't going to happen. But the owner of the business made arrangements to send two technicians out to my house and do the repairs there on Halloween morning. And I had the cart for that night. I think a lot of companies would not have followed through like Kool Karts did. They made a promise and then went out of their way to make good on it. That is excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Kool Karts to anyone with repair needs because they will come through for you.
