Milledgeville Golf Carts LLC

We had decided to purchase an Evolution golf cart based on the design, available features and the favorable pricing. Things did not work out with another dealer we tried to purchase from in Peachtree City, and we discovered Milledgeville Golf Carts from their ad on Facebook Marketplace. Greg Hackett was great in answering all my questions on the phone upfront, so we decided to visit their dealership in Milledgeville. The exact cart we wanted was not on their lot, but Greg was able to work with their affiliate dealership in Macon to secure the cart we wanted and arrange for a quick delivery. We had also wanted a golf bag attachment that was not in stock, but after it shipped Greg delivered it to our house on a Sunday and installed it. That’s first class customer service!

Got an estimate of $300-$400 for a 3 inch lift kit. Thought that that was fair and went ahead and had it installed. Somehow a 3 inch lift kit raised my cart 8 inches. They swore up and down it was a 3 inch kit? Could not get a good explanation. When I inquired about my final bill, the price went up to nearly. $700!!! “Oh we had to add 2 hrs labor. “ I ask for the owner to return my call, but he simply agreed to the bill with the front desk person and was “ too busy” to return my call. Now my wheel base is much wider also. Discovered that when I tried to load it and the front wheels slammed into not my wheel wells on my pick up and the cart almost fell off the ramp. It fit esilyI’m sure my alignment is all screwed now. Bottom line is when the customer is unhappy for any reason and the owner doesn’t have time to return a call is no place I want to do business.

Mr Greg, is the absolute best! Every time I call him with my silly questions about my golf cart. He is always so helpful. He is very informative and kind. God bless him!
