I should have written a review years ago, but I got busy as a caregiver for my husband. We loved that Panama City Golf Carts would come and pick up our little club car, take good care of it, tighten, fix, replace, tell us what might be needed in the future - what was not yet an issue. We appreciated their honesty and integrity. As seniors (one of them ill) we needed that extra care. My husband has recently passed away and I know he would be so pleased to know I continued to send the golf cart down for a 'check up'! A million thanks to everyone! (A nod to Andy - who went above and beyond when delivering the cart back to me - he noticed a little panel that was missing a screw. He went into his toolbag in 90 degree heat and found the right one! How awesome!

We bought our golf cart in 2021 and since then, Panama City Golf Carts has been our go-to for all things golf cart. Everyone we have worked with in their sales and service departments has been unfailingly helpful, responsive, and courteous. They are truly a company that prioritizes customer service. From pick up to delivery, we know our golf cart is in good hands!

Cannot speak highly enough of our experience here. Michelle was awesome and made the whole purchase a day at the beach. Customer service is a lost art these days but that is definitely not the case here. Highly recommend!
