Prime Golf Cars Fort Lauderdale

Never got to use the carts we rented because of crazy circumstance (homes we rented got canceled on us by home owner), but I would highly recommend Prime Golf Carts!! Don was great to work with and very informative with all my questions. Thank you Prime Golf Cart for everything and to Don a huge thank you!!!

I rented 2 Golf Cars this past weekend for a Drive-In movie that my organization hosted at a local college campus. Prime Golf Cars customer service was impeccable & timely! They answered the phone each time that I called. The transaction to rent both cars was seemless. When it came to delivery & pick- up, they were very prompt. Both delivery guys were cool & Don was very friendly, responsive, & reassuring when I was reserving the Golf Cars. The Golf Cars were in great condition & the price for rental & delivery is fair & competitive. I will definitely use this service again.

I called to rent a golf cart from them on 10/3 for Halloween weekend. Although expensive ($475 for one day of use-6 seater), we agreed. We were told they would send us a contract which we eventually received on the 5th of October. We sent it out 2 days later and received a confirmation from DocuSign saying "You're all done". We had agreed to get the cart delivered on Friday 10/29/21 and Picked up on Monday 11/01/21 (this was $200 of the agreed $475). I send my wife the contact info on the 28th because I was out of town. 29th came, 30th came no golf cart. I get home from work on Saturday evening. A very polite gentleman answered his cell phone (from contract) and said he would have someone call us back. An hour later a very rude lady called us to tell us that they sent us a revision on the 11th because they forgot to charge the taxes so we had no golf cart. When I told her why didn't someone call she began shouting to me that we had opened the agreement on the 28th. Yes, she is correct the executed agreement on the 28th. Anyway, she insisted because I opened the sign agreement I was aware. I told her what wonderful service they had. BE VERY AWARE THAT THEY COULD CARE LESS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN!! I don't write posts but I don't want someone to get duped like we did.
