we bought our SW-3 Cricket in 2008, very pleased with it, now 10 years later of course it needs some maintenance, that's not the issue, i'm fine with that but when we called to order parts, had to leave a message which was never returned, we waited 4 days (yes I know they are only open Monday-Thursday) finally my husband called back and they were very helpful with what he needed and placing the order, telling him what part to order and all, the person he talked to gave him an "estimate" of the total, ? why an estimate ? the prices are right there, but anyway when we got the order the total charged to our credit card was DOUBLE that "estimate" okay so I thought i'd call them and discuss it, since we didn't receive an invoice. The lady we talked to said "well i must have added wrong"!! really? she had all the prices there! Why no invoice??? doesn't make sense to me, not really hard to do! We LOVE the Cricket, but the service you receive leaves a lot to be desired!
