The Villages Golf Cars

I had a great experience designing my new golf cart! Dave at Sumter Landing was very patient with me in making design decisions. I made at least 3 visits to him before pulling the trigger on the final design. On one of those visits, he came in on his day off. He gave me his personal cell phone and we exchanged several messages as I had so many questions. Since he has helped customize other golf carts, he was able to provide additional design suggestions that I wouldn't have otherwise thought about. He truly enjoys his job and wants his customers to be happy with the customized results.

I had a great experience at The Villages Golf Cars (Lake Sumter Landing), and I want to express my gratitude to the man behind it, Jerry. He made the entire process incredibly smooth and enjoyable, and I couldn't be more pleased with the extraordinary service he provided. He took the time and patience to ensure I had the car that would fit my budget and, more importantly, he helped me finding the golf cart that met my needs. Moreover, throughout the entire experience, Jerry was attentive, transparent and forthright. I am very happy and pleased to be a part of the The Villages Golf Cars family. Again, I had a great experience at The Villages Golf Cars and I absolutely love my car!

My parents bought a cart from the Villages Golf Carts. It had some worn parts and needed maintenance. I called them for parts and was told that they have them in stock but could not sell them to me. I was told because it was a shortage issue but I could make a service appointment in July. The OEM parts were widely available on the internet, got them in one day, and payed 1/3 of what their parts cost at The Villages Golf Carts. No excuss for taking advantage of our elderly. Their business model is unethical to the point where in Texas it would be considered criminal. I am submitting a formal grievance with the BBB over this practice.
