I own a 2004 EZ-GO lifted cart that I use on the farm. I had it at VIP Golf Carts twice last summer, as it was running poorly. It would run slightly better when I would pick it up, but still gave me troubles. I think I spent around $350 for both visits. When I went to use it this year, it just wouldn't start. I decided to try out Gateway Golf Carts this time. Billy,(their mechanic) called 2 days later and stated that he had bypassed the carb, and the coil, and he still didn't like the results. He said the next step was to pull the engine. He estimated about 5 hours of labor. I didn't want to dump the cart, and buy a UTV, so I said go for it. He did some major work on the engine, and what a difference! I have used it for about 6 weeks now, and couldn't be happier. It runs awesome, and actually outruns all my friends newer models. The bill ended up at $735, money well spent in my mind. I would definitely recommend this place for service.
