We rented 13 golf carts an event last minute and Derek was extremely accommodating and professional. The delivery and pick up were exactly on time, and the delivery driver even went out of his was to help with a sticky situation we had gotten into. I would not hesitate to work with them again- prices and customer service were excellent.

We recently purchased a new Madjax golf cart, and were extremely pleased with both the buying experience, and quality of the product. We worked with Teri Vonasek, and found her be a low-pressure, knowledgeable, and accommodating sales representative. Our new lithium electric cart was delivered on-time earlier this week, and we were impressed with the product orientation provided by their service technician, Chase. The entire staff at Gilcrest Golf Cars, Inc. is friendly and their facility is top notch too. We are satisfied customers, and have no reservations in endorsing the Gilcrest dealership, and the Madjax product. John
