Have dealt with Lake Erie Golf Cars now for 17 years. This is my 2nd Cart with them purchased in 2013 and needed new batteries, checkup etc. Performed quickly and delivered and installed efficiently. Paid 5995 for a golf cart, it arrived and it looked nice. A few days later I tried to use the usb charger and it wasn't working and after a few days you start to notice the okay job on the refurbishing, it was okay work for the price but definitely not excellent. I notified the salesman about the usb not working and he pawned me off on Mackenzie who I left a message for and never heard back from her. I want to buy a golf cart for my mom but I will be searching elsewhere.

We were told we were sold a 2015. However, a couple years later we found out it was really a 2013! Scammers! I only bought there since I thought it was a newer cart! You don't get a title to verify with a golf cart. They also used generic brand batteries that only my lasted 3 years with proper maintenance compared to the Trojan brands that last twice as long! Then they Put the wrong roof on that didn't fit properly! Then after a little while of getting to know ur cart, you will notice the half-A$$ job they did on the refurb! I took it to another dealer, and the fixed a lot of their mistakes, but it cost me! So many other good Golf Cart Dealers around that are passionate about what they do, so best off to just avoid this one! It was just overall a terrible experience and wish I went elsewhere! These guys just want to see what they can get away with and push you out the door!
