I got exactly what I needed. They even unloaded my old battery and loaded the new one. Got a good deal, great customer service, and Jose Vargas was very courteous. Easy access off I35 service road. I'll be back and highly recommend! Bet I wasn't there more than 15 - 20 minutes.
Easily one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. The process of purchasing a Cart from them was efficient and professional . It took 10 minutes to pick my cart, get financing and own the cart. It was delivered the very next day. They have been very responsive to my questions/concerns by email or phone. They are also willing to come to my home for any issues. It is a very well ran company. Greg
The service and parts team here is absolutely top notch. Carl was incredible to work with, informative, polite, and honest. Can't recommend him or Metro Golf Cars enough. Large easy to find facility, super clean and nice place, and they work with your needs. 10/10 all the way.
