Employee was rude. But they did have nice gold cats
It was a pleasure to deal with them! They were extremely accommodating. We were staying in FT Lauderdale by the Sea for 4 days and they delivered and picked up golf cart for us right to the house we rented. It was "street legal" which most golf carts are not, which allowed us to to ride on A1A with no issues. Would definitely rent from them again!!
Never again. Horrible customer service. Ugly and old non-professional cart, booked for a professional event, driver didn’t even drove, and he left before the event ended, without letting anyone know. Oh and demanded full payment in advance. Super unprofessional service. Don’t know even bother.
