I bought 4 new batteries and one was damaged. They loaded the batteries into the back of my new G63 . It leaked on the way home and ruined my carpet. I called the owner Tom and explained the situation and he stated they would replace the battery within a week. I waited several months before calling back to check on the replacement as I tried to play my first round and ran out of power on the 4th hole. I spoke with owner’s wife and she was very combative and accused me of lying several times during our contentious conversation. I would not recommend doing business with this company as they have no integrity. I will now pursue legal options to remedy.

I can't thank this family enough. I ordered a full Golf Cart build just weeks before Christmas for my kids. Not only was it ready on Christmas Eve but it was much nicer then I had imagined it would be. It had a couple of minor adjustment that need to be made after Christmas and they took care of them at no cost to me and even delivered it to my house once complete. Beautiful family, very knowledgeable, trustworthy.

Great people, great experience, very knowledgeable & took the time to explain the product. Didn't just take my money & push me out the door. I will do business in the future with them even if they don't have the best price. Trust is way more valuable than price.
