So were do I even begin? My overall experience has been outstanding and very much appreciated. I was in the market for a new Golf Cart for Christmas for my family so I looked at alot of different models but none really caught my eye as something I really wanted until I came across RVA Custom Carts. Jeffrey has been outstanding to work with. He had built a amazing Cart that definitely fit my needs I wanted something that would stand out from the rest and boy I wasn't disappointed. I got the lithium battery and the navitas package i really wanted. Our cart flys with all the power you could possibly need. After purchasing the cart I a few other ideas and extras I wanted to add. RVA Custom Carts was super helpful and very informative also didn't hesitate to help me at all. I would truly recommend if you want a new GolfCart  don't waste your time and money at some dealership go to RVA Custom Carts where you will get a way better product, service and most of all way better GolfCart. Called in for a battery change. Jeff was very knowledgeable and walked me through the options. Because I was in range of their store they came to me and did all the work on site. They checked to make sure everything was working well before departing. I have found my shop for working on my cart. Highly recommend.

They did a great job and communicated well through the process. Had a tune up and backseat done. I will definitely be using them again.
