Rob and his staff were fantastic to work with. They took the time to go over the different types of golf carts, the features of each and listened to my needs to make sure I got what I wanted. They didn't pressure me to buy more than I needed and really listened to what I was looking for. Any concerns or questions were answered and I never felt talked down to or treated like I was dumb. I will be a customer for life now and will recommend them to my family and friends.
Just wanted to publicly thank you again for the amazing customer service. For your customers, a little recap. I purchased a new Cricket golf cart and after a bit of a struggle to get some accessories that were stuck offshore, I picked up the cart and enjoyed it the next weekend. I tried to charge the batteries and one of the three batteries was apparently no charging and the battery meter would not indicate a full charge. The owner was more than accommodating as he was able to replace both the charger and one of the batteries without me having to drive the 5-hour round trip from Southern MD to the shop in Richmond. Tiremax is leading what is hopefully a new charge in bringing back customer service. Thank you so much!
Appears rainy days always puts me nosing around various places that offer different play toys...I bought one of the scooters (Islander) to play around in the neighborhood and verified reliability over the next 10 months...I was so impressed with the scooter and the personal service I received from Rob and Mark, I have purchased two more so friends and family can join the fun....Highly recommend this business !!!!...cp
