In the middle of our busy season our electric truck stopped working. We were referred to VIP Golf Carts from a vendor we worked an event with. We couldn’t be more thankful that we were sent to Mohammad. Mohammad is very knowledgeable in his trade and both him and his wife Farah are extremely kind. He was able to find the problem and fix it same day. It brings me and my wife so much comfort knowing we have someone we can rely on if we encounter any problems in the future.
Great Customer Service!! Brought my Advanced EV in to upgrade to lithium ion batteries and Mohammed went above and beyond to not only get me fit for new battery, but identified and repaired and issue that had caused my old batteries to drain. He had to do more than what he quoted me, but was so thorough and committed to making sure everything worked and even delivered the cart back to me in the Bay Area!! Can’t say enough about what a great experience it was. Highest recommendations!!
Our organization rented a cart to move our workers around. They delivered on time, exactly when they said they would and kept in constant communication. The cart they delivered was gorgeous and looked brand new! Super clean. I will continue to do business with them. Great people and very nice.
