If zero stars were an option that is what they’d receive. Previous purchased carts from Coyote and didn’t know they were sold. Asked for the old owner and was hung up one—called back twice and was hung up on again. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. They need to learn customer service.
I needed a part for my golf cart. I had tried multiple times at other (local) businesses. It was either "we need to order them" or "we don't have them in stock"! I made a quick phone call to A-1 Golf Carts. It was worth the drive as they had the parts plus I had a chance to look at new models and discuss the pros and cons of the different models and battery choices. If you need parts and/or service, don't waste your time with others...GO STRAIGHT to A-1!!!!
This was my first maintenance experience with A1. My cart came back looking great and riding great. Thx A1, great job
