Customer service is horrible. I paid $6, 000 to get golf cart repaired on November. 22, 2024, on November 23, 2024 I had to go back because a seat was put on the rear of my cart with gold stitches and the stitches should have been white. It had to be replaced along with my fender on the right side on the front had a gap between the fender and the frame of the cart. On today December 12, 2024 I had my first road trip with cart on trailer to find out that the middle seat flew off the cart because these incompetent workers did not put zip ties on the hinges to stop the seat from coming off. As a result, I spoke to the manager Billy M. with his nasty attitude he wants to put me at fault. They did the repair work and put the parts on and does not honor their work 100% and had the nerves to tell me not to call the dealership. I will pursue further action with this company. I had to purchase another seat for $392.00 from another dealership who stated they should have put the zip ties on the hinges that they took off so that the seat wouldn't come off when traveling with a trailer. Customers please think twice before purchasing or getting your golf cart repaired at this dealership.
