Botero Carts

This was the best and fastest service when buying a new Evolution golf cart. Very clean areas throughout the facility. Eric was very professional and thorough in showing us all the available models and features. He gave us a great deal which is getting delivered this weekend. So glad we stopped here. Highly recommend popping in and seeing all the models. UPDATE: unfortunately we needed issues addressed with our new cart. The mobile service tech, Billy was so amazing and knowledgeable. He contacted us several times regarding his arrival time so we weren't sitting around for hours wondering when he was going to show up. When he arrived, he was very polite and professional. He spent about an hour and half trying to fix the issue. He wouldn't give up but unfortunately his efforts were of no avail. We do need a new cart. But it's ok. We know Botero will make good on their warranty. Hopefully if you ever need a mobile service technician, you are lucky enough to get Billy. UPDATE ON UPDATE: Botero made goid on there promise...they replaced the bad cart with a brand new one. No hoops to jump thru or arguing. They even gave us a tinted windshield for our troubles. You'd be crazy to buy from anyone else but Botero golf carts!

It was a great buying experience!! Was able to find the cart we wanted with the help of Chris. Chris communicated with me to help with ideas for add-ons and letting me know when a cart was available. Then when we came back for the sale Eric did an amazing job pulling it all together!! Would highly recommend either of these gentleman and Botero Carts.

We just bought a new Evolution Golf Cart from Botero Carts in Ocala. What a great experience, Botero has an excellent selection and can accommodate just about any change or upgrade the customer desires! Our salesman, Josh, was super and the delivery man, Danny, knows everything about these carts and really does a masterful job of walking the customer through every feature and function! I highly recommend Botero Carts!!
