Our experience with Cricket Carts Direct could had not been better. Lance made the purchasing process seamless. He took his time in providing us an orientation on the product and ensured that all of our questions were answered while also providing us a hard copy manual and online copy. He provided us the necessary guidance and a demonstration on loading our new Cricket to our vehicle. He made himself available in case any other questions might arise. And of course, our Cricket is awesome!!! Thank you again Lance and the team at Cricket Direct for such an incredible experience.
