I purchased 2 golf carts back in 2010-2011 timeframe. So, I am a repeat customer, I just recently purchased a 2023 golf cart with 0 miles. Unfortunately, Casey was my salesperson . . . I had no issues until after I paid for it, then all of sudden I bought a "Not So Perfect Golf Cart". He finally agreed to replace the fogged headlights, but when I noticed a patch in the back and 4 screw holes under the seat . . . too bad, so sad. I would caution anyone from purchasing from Ennis. Casey needs to take classes on customer service.
Great folks! They helped us get exactly what we were looking for. Answered all the questions we asked. Had our golf cart built in just over a week. Highly recommend.
Hyper inflated prices, unfriendly staff, they bill 15x of the original prices of the parts, and unreasonable labor costs. Don’t get fooled by the pickup fees or the positive reviews here.
