Called to get my cart street legal. Katelyn was more than helpful. We ended up finding out that my cart was already legal and I just needed a title from the dealer I bought it from. Even knowing I didn’t have pay the business money, Katelyn walked me through all the steps and answered multiple phone calls for me. Just awesome stuff.
Brake repair was inadequate. Had to call after several days of not hearing anything to get cart returned. Broke cart windshield in transport and refused to fix it. Blamed windshield installation, but could've easily removed prior to transport if that was a concern.
Great experience from start to finish. The entire staff has been excellent to work with. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. He explained the difference between carts and didn’t oversell. Tammi, Brian, and the staff that picked up my cart were all great. I highly recommend North Florida Custom Carts!
