Ponte Vedra Golf Carts

We shopped at multiple golf cart dealers in the Jacksonville and St Augustine area and selected Ponte Vedra Golf Carts to purchase our cart from. We found their sales people to be knowledgeable and customer focused, Jason in particular was excellent. We also found their warranty to be excellent which specifically included coverage of the battery charger, which some of the other shops did not cover. Our neighbor had a charger go bad after 6 months and Jason replaced it immediately - for us that customer service was key in deciding to buy from Jason and Ponte Vedra Golf Carts. UPDATE: Feb 20: So a few months have gone by and we love our golf cart. This week we needed a minor adjustment and we stopped in to visit Jason on Monday and he got right on it. They picked the cart up from our home the next day on Tuesday and Chris called to make sure we were on the same page with our request and we were. They did the adjustment and delivered it back to our home the next day in perfect condition. They not only did the adjustment we had requested, they washed and cleaned the cart - it looked brand new. Fantastic service and we a very happy customer. We are so glad we bought our cart there and give them our highest recommendation. Many thanks to the entire team at Ponte Vedra Golf Carts!!

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Brandon at Ponte Vedra Golf Carts. He walked me through the entire process and was very knowledgeable about what to look for when buying a golf cart. He wasn't pushy with the product, which was really appreciated. I felt ready to make an informed decision when going through the process. In the end, Brandon had the best deal and was the most helpful salesperson I could ask for.
