I purchased a smart wheel from these folks in 2015 on line through their website. First, because they were local and through research determined they were selling safe product. I had an issue with it not charging a few months ago and contacted them via their site email. I received a call the next day and based on my explanation of the problem, they sent me a new charger! I was impressed at that because of the length of time I had the smart wheel. I received the charger but it did not solve the issue. I was told to bring it in for a look. I did and it was repaired within a few days. The cost was minimal for the repair. I had seen the smart wheels on Amazon where I shopped quite a bit. But also saw through reviews that people were experiencing so many problems returning, repairs, etc. Which is why I looked locally. These people are friendly, honest, know their products and will consider you during and and after the sell. Since I made my purchase their inventory has increased and I do plan to buy from them again. I would not recommend them if I did not have a good experience. They are small but they are honest and serious about the safety of their customers. Thank you!
