They broke my tire pressure sensor and I was a little frustrated because I waited 4 hours for my tires to get mounted. Then brought it back and was always a two hour wait. Called in to see if they can work something out, and they were able to replace it without a long wait, so I really appreciated that. It's hard to find a first come first serve shop now days. All the dealerships want appointments. So it's very convenient , just be ready for long wait times during 0900 - 1:00 pm

This is the only place I could find off-road tires in-stock on a common size in the entirety of western Montana! Although a local competitor carries some in stock it was their house brand and I live out of state. An alignment issue chewed up my tires on a long road trip and we stuck without a new set. Thankfully these guys had what we needed in stock, got us in first thing in the morning and had us back on the road with fresh tires in an hour!

Well, unfortunately, I trusted these guys one more time. I got a set of four tires…. And unfortunately, two of them got slashed, so I can completely understand me covering the cost of the tires. One of those new tires that I just had to re-purchase after buying a set of four, and replacing said above 2 tires, one of the newest tires has a bubble on the side now and apparently since it’s sidewall damage, it’s not covered. I think that’s pretty crappy after I spent the amount of money I did for the tires to begin with and then even to replace them a second time and have a problem with it and it won’t be covered. This is been a couple of times by Tama and unfortunately, I can’t trust Les Schwab either . I’m gonna purchase tires and have vehicle repairs done out of state, apparently because there is a single tire shop in Montana that can be trusted.
