David Donovick still understands what customer service is and how to go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of his clients. Recently we were scheduled to have David deliver our boat to the ramp in Manson so we could drive it over to our dock. Unfortunately, he was called out of town on an emergency and was not able to meet us as scheduled. Knowing we had guests in town, David arranged for us to pick up the boat at the yard and even offered us his truck to tow it to the launch as our vehicle was not equipped to tow a boat this size. The quality of work they do at TLC Marine from the basic winter service, their storage space/service and especially their boat detailing in simply unmatched in all the years I have been around boats! I will continue to use and refer their services to anyone in the Chelan area and know that David and his crew will always go the extra mile to make sure things are done beyond our expectations! Keep up the great work David!

I reached out to TLC to help me troubleshoot problems with my riding lawnmower. David was helpful and communicative over the phone, providing some steps I could try on my own first. When I still needed help, the team picked up my lawn mower and made my request a priority despite the start of a busy boating season. They followed up on some outstanding issues to make sure that the machine was running correctly, and provided options for what work was reasonable (given the age of the machine), as well as guidance on how best to maintain it. Throughout the process, the team was helpful and thorough while also being cost conscious on my behalf.

These guys are awesome! Had lawnmower problems and of course it was in the busiest part of the season but we needed it ASAP. They took the time out of their busy schedule to fix it for us and get it back so much sooner than expected! We will definitely use them again and so should you!
