Valley Golf

Seems like they pride themselves on making people feel unwelcome. 3rd time into the shop to try and give a benefit of doubt but oh boy they really could care less about people let alone a paying customer. Why run a retail golf shop if you don’t want to have any customer service. I’m sure you’re knowledgeable possibly but maybe not if you can’t see how you treat people. Last review was the same story from someone and 4 months ago. Simply shameful. Golf is a game for everyone! Whoever manages this shop and keeps allowing this with the same staff is pathetic. Do better.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Store has large supply of golf products. This is going to be my "go to" golf store.

Dropped in 45 mins before closing, expecting to leave a club for repair. But, the repair was done right away, saving me the 20+ mile drive to pick it up another day. Compassion 👍🏽, Customer Service 👍🏽, Repair expertise (DBL) 👍🏽👍🏽
