The service team delivered it to our house, eliminating “how do I get it” concerns and actual follow-up calls and emails to make sure all is great. We purchased a 4 passenger, all forward facing, golf cart from Beach Buggies in September, 2024. I'd done considerable website research about golf cart brands, etc. The sales team at Beach Buggies helped to distill the noise in my research. We selected a different cart than we expected to purchase due to their coaching and the freedom they gave us at the dealership to test drive any cart they had in stock. The after the sale experience was also super. Registering a cart in Delaware is a pain and they accommodated us. We had a small warranty issue with a seat and they took care of that too. Great family business that cares for its customers.
