Super friendly, all the carts have lithium batteries compared to the carts at Sunfun Rentals which only have lead acid batteries. So, what does this mean to you? The lithium battery powered carts have 3-4 times the mileage of lead acid batteries meaning longer rides between charging. I highly recommend Journey Golf Carts!
Outstanding service. John was very knowledgeable about the features of the different models available. The EVolution Cart is much better than the type we had before and the Lithium battery has great range, no longer worried when we take a trip to the other end of the island. We take it everywhere now. Over 150 miles in less than 3 weeks. We feel much safer with the quicker acceleration and all seats face forward. Great sound out of the bluetooth soundbar. D5 Ranger 6.
Cole and Eric really stepped up with a warranty issue when they did not have to. Acquired our cart from a certain dealer in Charlotte prior to Journey opening here in town. After getting blown off by the original dealer who refused to help, these guys took care of the problem and went way above and beyond to solve the issue. I will continue to do business with them, and I would highly recommend Cole and Journey golf carts to anybody.
