Rad Rydz Golf Carts Sales and Service

After dealing with Rad Rydz in the past I felt they did decent work. However recently had them look at my E-Z-Go cart for a lithium battery issue. After a few weeks of waiting I was told the battery was dead and they recommended replacing it with a high-performance battery. I agreed to spend $3500. Two weeks later I was told that wouldn't work and they needed an additional 4k to replace the controller and wiring harness. I declined and asked for the cart back. I was promptly billed $550 and received a call from Chad the owner the next day threatening me that if I didn't pay immediately the cart would be theirs. I paid the $550, only to discover they didn't re-assemble the parts they removed, and the lithium battery they stated was dead and needed to be replaced was broken. The battery stud was broken off and the battery isn't dead the Bcm is bad. I wouldn't recommend Rad Rydz to anyone. Bad customer service, poor communication skills, dishonesty, overpriced, faulty workmanship.

They offer pre-built carts or the ability to customize it. They did an awesome job and we are thrilled with how it came out!
