Specialty Cartz & Partz

Took my Lestronic battery charger in to this shop when it quit working and the mechanic Donnie(?) had it again very quickly. He is very experienced, friendly and does what it takes to make sure customer is satisfied.

We went to see Richard on a referral from my dad being as he has always done business with him and has bought a couple of golf carts from him. We talked to Chris and told him what we wanted, the cart was built to our specs and was ready to be picked up in about a week. It was just what we wanted. Richard , Chris and Marsha were very helpful in helping us make decisions on the accessories we wanted. Have had to call back a couple of times since receiving the cart to ask questions and they've been very helpful every time. We would do business again with them.

I would not recommend this place at all. Very poor customer service. I took my golf cart to this place and they did a horrible job twice. Took it back to get it fixed after & I told Chris that I needed the golf cart by a specific time and they did not complete the job after the golf cart had been sitting in the back of there facility being rained on for weeks. And then they want to charge me $700 to get it fixed without an invoice after paying them close to $500 the first time. Trash!!! Don’t Bring your golf cart there ever!!!
