Excellent customer service, very dependable, and honest! Mike at ahlacarts in Lakeland, FL did a fantastic job with making my vision a reality! We are so happy with the final product! He was a such a great communicator and sent pictures of the progress as they were completing it! This was very much appreciated and help lessen our worries! He was so pleasant and courteous to deal with and never once said anything about the many last minute changes we made! We would highly recommend ahlacarts for any of your golf carts needs especially if you want something designed for you! By far superior service over any other business we have ever dealt with!
After arriving at Ahlacarts Golf Carts my wife and I explained that we were not looking to spend $10,000 on a golf cart so we gave him our range and what we were looking for. Mike was very patient taking his time showing us what he had in our price range and explaining what he could do for us. So after showing us what he had and realizing we weren't impressed at the present moment he took that extra step showing us that one cart that was out of our price range but he could make us a good deal on it and he did. Mike took the extra time of showing us how everything on the cart operated before we purchase the cart and after as well he also made the delivery to our home exactly when he said he'd make it there. It was a pleasure working with Ahlacarts Golf Carts.
Ahlacarts did almost a total remodel of my cart. I wish I had some before pictures because it looked rough. It turned out absolutely gorgeous!! Looks like it is right from the factory. They were great to work with and reasonable. I would definitely use them again for any golf cart need. Thank you guys for my "Brand New" golf cart!!!
