Very disappointing service. Gas go-cart was brought in and explicitly explained what the problem was. (while adjusting the valves, one of the valves dropped into the cylinder) It's a pretty simple fix, pull the head, re-install valves, adjust...etc. I called to check on it after six weeks with no communication. At this point, they informed me that the problem was a seized motor. (yeah, it's "seized" because the valve dropped into the cylinder) and that they tried several things to "un-seize" the motor. (I'm thinking to myself..." like what?, the only way to fix is to pull the head") They continued to share with me that they couldn't fix it and I should pick it up. I call another golf cart repair place, explain the situation, and they go and pick up the cart. The next day the new repair place calls with an estimate to repair...etc. So all good there. However, in Fore Wheeler's attempt to "un-seize" the motor, they damaged the engine head, which now has to be replaced. Fore Wheelers failed to listen to the problem from the customer, and because they failed ...they damaged the engine head beyond repair, and their communication was poor at best. Do Better.
Super friendly and helpful staff!
