Very professional. During the recent storm, he was closed, but opened up just to help me get a part for a chain saw. He had no electric, but opened his store as a shelter for some people who had lost their home.
Had a horrible experience. My mower sat in their repair center more than a month. When I called to inquire about it was rudely told there were other machines that had already been waiting 3 weeks before mine got there and they came first. When it was delivered we were told that it did not have a battery. NOT TRUE!!! Don't bother.
Horrible people. They are rigging the equipment and not properly fixing anything. They only thing they care about are their wallets. Rude people who will cuss you out just for asking a question. If you value your property dont bring it here. Would give a negative rating if I could.
