I cannot recommend this company based on my recent experience. I was in the market for a new golf cart and found one I liked online. After filling out a trade-in form for a cart purchased from them two years ago, I called to inquire about the salesperson, Dale, whom I had previously worked with. I was informed that he had retired and was connected with another representative named Angel. The online price for the cart was listed at $15,495, and the representative quoted me a price of $15,000. However, when I received the total invoice, it amounted to $18,000. Upon questioning the discrepancy, I was informed that the quote was based on a different cart without the lithium-ion battery, even though the cart I was interested in included this upgrade. Due to the timing around the Fourth of July, I was unable to thoroughly review the invoice until after the purchase was made. I felt misled and taken advantage of throughout this process. The final invoice showed a price of $16,128.59, and additional fees were significantly higher than those I had previously encountered: a dealer fee of $299 instead of $99, and a delivery fee of $350 instead of $275. Furthermore, upon delivery, I noticed a blemish on the paint of what was supposed to be a brand new cart. I asked Angel about the discrepancy and he was very rude and said that the owner doesn't pay him commission unless he rips customers off by charging them more than what is advertised on the website. Overall, this experience has left me feeling very dissatisfied, and I believe the company's practices lack transparency and ethics. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering this dealership. We purchase golf carts every two years and won't be back.

Shredded a tire at Pensacola Beach and needed a tire so we could load golf cart in camper day after Christmas! They made a great deal for wheels and tires so we could enjoy golf cart a few more days before heading home to Athens GA (GO Dawgs!)
