WOW! Was such a pleasure working with Alex and Joe. As a first time owner and not knowing what to look for I bought a cart that was cleaned up just enough to look good. I unfortunately let the batteries die. So I found E.C.G.C. on line and spoke with them about picking it up. I knew I was going to have to get new batteries but I figured I would go ahead and get new tires and a lift. Well as they got into it the damage was starting to show. Alex called me about every option and did nothing without my "ok". I wish I had before and after pics. They did such an AMAZING job on our cart! I couldn't believe it was the same one. They pretty much rebuilt the entire cart. I knew what I was getting into money wise thanks to Alex's honesty. We LOVE our cart and are extremely happy with their work. Alex even helped me over the phone with questions I had a few days after. I would highly recommend this company. Picked up a clunker and dropped off a gem! Thank you Emerald Coast Golf Carts!!! You have a customer forever in me.
