Went to the store on Franklin dr to buy some washer fluid The customer service was great Mr. Calvin had me feeling great about the visit I think I found my store

I came here in order to see if my battery could be exchanged here All together I counted five employees in the store. Only one employee was helping customers. When someone finally helped me, he suddenly took off and started doing something else with another employee. When I was finally fully helped, the employee told me that I didn't buy my battery there or so he thought. I invited him to come outside and look for himself and he said no that's okay. I will not be going back here again.

Can’t say enough good things about this store. My girlfriend and I broke down there in the parking lot on thanksgiving day, traveling to Dallas from Austin. We thought the day was done for. The whole staff was super friendly and accommodating, was able to identify the problem and help us get the parts and labor we needed to get back on the road on a holiday. One of the best experiences I’ve had at any store. If you guys read these reviews, thank you again. You made us thankful on Thanksgiving
